I need some help regarding Creatine??
A friend of mine recommend me taking creatine to help me bulk up some. But I don't know what kind is the best, for what I'm looking for.
I'm a basketball player, very athletic, I would like to add some weight, along with my appearance being coming buffer. help is greatly needed thank you, I would prefer a non pill kind.
