Anyone had any success with stinging nettle tea?

I drink Stinging Nettle infusion almost daily, mostly for the rich calcium and other mineral content. As an adrenal tonic, it helps me to cope with stress. As an anti-inflammatory, it helps to alleviate my arthritic symptoms. When I don’t drink it for a few days, I notice that I don’t have as much energy.
