Im 137 lbs 5.8 tall taking 100% whey protein hoping to gain weight?
I mix the powder into water and drink before and after im done weight lifting.
Im wondering how many Push ups,crunches, dips, curls(1 hands) i should do in a session?
Yesterday i curled 35lbs in each arm 100x and did 30 push ups(2x), and 120 dips for triceps. I also did about 200 crunches.
Im not sure if this is enough cause the next day my arms dont feel like they had a workout. Either that or they heal fast idk.
Also how do you work your stomach out if i get muscles in my stomach will it eventually grow out?
Break your exercises up into sets. You should be doing three sets at least. Also, try mixing up your workouts, instead of doing all pushups, try doing plyometric push ups, elevated leg pushups, one handed. Look on line for different types of push ups you can do, there are plenty out there.
As far as your abs go, If you aren’t doing any cardio, you won’t lose the layer of fat that is infront of your muscle. You have to be running or biking or something, or you will not lose the fat. That is a common myth that all you have to do is 83829837523 sit ups a day and you lose the fat. Take a look at the sports who’s athletes have the best abs (swimmers, track athletes, boxers).
