Alright so I have found a good routine
Day1-Chest, Tri's, Shoulders
Day2-Bi's, Back
Day3-Legs
Day4-Cardio
Then i just repeat from day 1
I take protein and NO2 Black, and a multi-v. I bought creatine and have been taking it for about a week and a half but im a little unsure on it. I hear it is bad for your kidneys. But i also hear it gives u more energy to workout. I have been taking the powder monohydrate form but I have been looking at the eythl ester pill form.
Which is better? Powder or pill creatine
Is my workout routine solid?
Are there any other supplements anyone recommends taking?
Not that bad of a plan depending on what your exercises are. I assume you are trying to get bigger. Creatine monohydrate is okay just take it with some sugar. Of course you know about taking simple carbs (like sugar) after you work out to replenish your glycogen supply so your body stops eating up muscle tissue for energy. Make sure you know about pre and post workout nutrition to maximize your gains.
