We have already discussed the Blue and Yellow personality types, known usually as the people types. Lets have a look at the first of the two task based types.

The meaning of this color is usually an indicator of a natural leader, which means they have a tendency to dominate. They are very hard headed and make excellent businessmen and businesswomen. This personality type usually answers the personality questions as, "outgoing" and "Task based" or Fast paced and organized. They work very well under pressure and if you want to get somewhere fast, work with the Red personality because there motto might be, "Fire, Ready, Aim" because they don't like to wait around, rather they like doing the work and being hands on.

The Red color can seem a little more then overwhelming to work with because they are so fast based, they generally love a good challenge or debate. For instance if you were to say to them, "I don't think you can do this in 6 months" they will go out their way just to make sure they do it in less then 6 months. An example in History might be Alexander the Great, because he just went ahead on his own accord didn't care what happened just planed and executed what he believed in. The meaning of colors for the Red color would be, to them, determination, power, love and anger as well. If they use these wisely then they will always end up at the top.

A weakness of the Red color is that they are very much, head strong, they don't like being questioned, they don't like being told that their wrong, so the worst thing you can do to a red, is in the middle of an argument or debate, walk away. This is because they love being right and that, to them is what matters. If you walk away they can't argue with you or themselves so they feel like there's a sense of let down. If they misuse there passion for anything, as they are very passionate, they could end up in a lot of trouble, like Mike Tyson did.

The best way to deal with a Red color is give them a challenge, if your working with one, increase your speed and speak to them and ask for help at times, be careful because they may snap back at you but they may give you a very detailed response to your question.
