Healing Stone Crystal

We have all become so used to someone else giving us something when we are ill (please don't stop) but sometimes there is more. We can become a helper in our own health, a healer of our own body. You might ask, 'How? Well we can use "Crystals" to speed our healing or give us the ability to heal ourselves. (Please always consult your physician.)

'The benefits of crystals in natural healing' are many. They help us to balance our energies and bring harmony to our body, mind, environment and emotions. How do they do this? Our body as Einstein said is not matter, but constantly moving energy that is interacting with our inner and outer environment. Crystals help us to balance and strengthen those energies.

All healing crystals carry balancing energies, as do most rocks, stones and even plants. The trick in knowing what type of stone you need is to determine where your imbalances are.
