Researchers at UC Davis are confident that when they can establish the optimal amount of flavonoids in our diet, then it will be a valuable aid for enhancing mood and in lifting depression.
If you are concerned about getting enough flavonoids in your diet, you could try increasing your intake of the following foods. These are cabbage, onions, tea, apples, broccoli and red wine. The Japanese say that the more colors on your plate, the healthier the food!

Lifestyle changes can be a determining factor in natural mood enhancement. The research on exercise and healthy eating leaves us in no doubt about that.
