?LOL so I bought some pills at a Central Market today, and I'll tell you the ingredients and you tell me what you think about them.. they're from "Planetary Formulas" and they're for 'Digestive Comfort' - 'Chinese Classic for Supporting Digestion' - 'Herbal Supplement'

I'm with the first answerer -- just eat some prunes, broccoli, carrots, bran cereal, etc. That way, you know exactly what's going in!
