How you and your brain communicate with each other can determine the strength of your self-esteem. If the voices in your head take control you may often end up in states of panic with massive levels of anxiety being a normal way of life. Other people may start regarding you as an attention seeker as you always causing a scene and expecting everyone to come help you. I understand anxiety is very real, like you also know. But how do you take control of your life to get rid of it?

I want you to try something for me today. This will really help give your self-esteem a boost. It will give you your superhero powers. It will tame those voices in your head and turn them into something useful for you.

First of all I want you to identify three things you do really well. Doesn't matter how big or small, just write down three things that you have absolute confidence in and self belief of your own abilities.

What do these three say about you? Name it a name, give it a superhero power name! Next I want you to identify the three biggest lessons you have learnt in life. Yes I get this might be painful but what have you learnt to ensure you never make the same mistake again and will get a top result next time.

Again reflect on these three learning's and give them a superhero power name!

Finally I want you to pick a role model. Someone you admire, someone who has characteristics you desire. Pick three things you really like about this person.

Once more, focus on these three characteristics and name them, yes name them with your superhero power name.

So far in this exercise, you have created three superhero powers for your self. Take these powers where ever you go over the next few days and use them as you wish. And every time you use them, just remember that you have superhero self-esteem....as long as you want it!
