We all know of those cover body models that pose for those magazines that we look at. But how many of us have actually seen people we know with the great bodies that you see on these covers.

Honestly, not many. Why do you think this is? I personally believe that the reason that so few of us have the kind of bodies that we all see and dream about on the covers of glossy magazines, is because we really don't know how to get the results and how to achieve the body of our dreams.

I am going to lean toward the latter and say that although to achieve great results you are going to have to work its not as hard as most people think it is, and that if a person really wants to achieve the results that they are looking for then they will be able to do so relatively simply using principles of hard focus and dedication.

Nothing in life worth doing is easy, but those that are persistent and take the right action are most definitely the most successful people.

So what is the key to getting in the best shape of your life, and getting those magazines chasing after you?

Its simple yet overlooked at by most people.

You do not need to workout long and hard, actually this can in most cases be counter productive and result in overtraining which will put you out of action for weeks at a time. Not exactly what you want if you want to see serious results.

Instead you need to workout short and Intense. The key here, let me repeat is intensity. If everytime you go to the gym you work out hard with pure focus (no chit chat and looking around) with serious intensity you will be ripped in not time, with very little chance of injury.

The other trick, you need to eat right. That's right, 80% of your body is your diet. If you are working out hard and intense but eating a lot of crap then you are not going to see the results that you are after, so eat good clean, lean meats and a lot of fruits and vegetables and you will get the body of your dreams in no time.
