Eating fat to lose fat - the importance of EFAs

I thought fat was bad for you?

Fat is often given a bad press. It has a reputation for causing weight gain and health problems. However, not all fats are the same and although some types of fat have a negative effect on our bodies there are those that can have positive effects for health as well actually helping you to lose weight and get into great shape.
