If it wasn't hard enough to lose weight now you have to maintain your new weight. Most people can maintain the momentum for a few weeks, but what about for the rest of your life.
What is the secret for maintaining weight loss? Well if there is a secret because very few people manage to successfully do it beyond 2 years. In fact only 3% of those who lose weight will maintain it for more than two tears.

2. Detox takes at least 1 month and a s long as 12 months for chronically unwell people.
3. Proper detox does not cause side effects. What has been called a healing crisis is just a crisis. It has nothing to do with healing. It is caused by trying to detox too fast or incorrectly.
4. Detox is not complicated or expensive.
How to use detox to maintain your weight loss.
1. Increase water intake. Drink Green tea, eat plenty of green leafy vegetables. Lean meats and small amounts of grain.
2. Remove any offending foods. e.g. junk food and fatty food plus alcohol.
Remove the harmful bacteria from the gut. Take aloe vera juice 40 mls per day for at least 2 weeks. In addition you will need some specific herbs such as wormwood, black walnut, ginger and thyme oil. (these will be available in a formula at your health food shop)
3. Restore the function of your gut. Continue to use aloe vera. Plus L Glutamine to improve the integrity of the gut. Plus Acidophilus to restore healthy gut flora.
4. Stimulate liver function. Vitamin C, Green tea, Tumeric spice and herbs including St Mary Thistle, Dandelion and Globe Artichoke
